On
the afternoon of Saturday, June 12, Kamala
walked about a block with people who had stopped
in the American capital. The most important woman
in the world, US vice presidente wore a pink
blazer and a T-shirt that read the phrase, Love
is love;
Her
husband, Doug Emhoff, was wearing a
rainbow-colored shirt.
Before
getting into the car, Kamala asked for the
Equality Act to be approved - which is intended to
prohibit discrimination and attitude; by sex,
sexual orientation and gender identity at work and
elsewhere nationally and said the Joe Biden
administration knows the importance of LGBT rights.
We
need to make sure our transgender community and
our young people are all protected.
We
still need job protection and there is a lot more
work to do and I know we are committed, he said.
